Subscription Changes
These terms explain how upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled for monthly and annual plans.
Monthly plans
- Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains active until then.
Annual plans
- Annual plans are billed for the full term.
- Upgrades to a higher annual tier take effect immediately with a prorated charge.
- Downgrades or switches from annual to monthly take effect at the end of the annual term.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the annual term. We do not provide refunds for unused time.
You can manage your subscription anytime from the Stripe billing portal inside your account settings.
